Pros
good pay. good people. enjoyable Got ACLS, and BLS, PALS recertification. No other training after that. Good Vents I hear. Not a fan of vent calls
Cons
they were bought out by an investor company and are making a lot of bad changes. They are planning on closing the dispatch center in Jacksonville. Use to be adamant about getting you off on time. Now there making a lot of excuses that "it's part of the job". The majority of calls are ALS.
