      good place to work; sales is not highly enforced. great atmosphere; workers are great; I think the benefits are great for anyone single.

      Cons

      you meet your loan goals and nothing happens. you don't meet your loan goals, nothing happens either; don't expect to move up quickly. you start as a teller and move up to a branch manager in years. there's always competition within.
