      Training is important to the management of America First Credit Union. Management seems mostly willing to help you progress in the credit union. Supervisors are very willing to accommodate to school schedules

      The pay at America First Credit Union is low compared to many of its competitor credit unions. It is hard for employees to be motivated to stay with the credit union when they can easily move to another company and earn more.
