      -minimal pressure overall -no pressure to cross sell -steady schedule -tolerant of learning and mistakes -one of the few financially sound credit unions in the state

      Cons

      -very, very repetitive -pay is the same as a teller gets, which is below the market average to begin with -some other employees assume your job only consists of answering phones
