Management - Optometric Technician America's Best Employee Review

Management is lazy and unfair. Expects you to do every job position except the one you were hired for. Manager constantly goes out back to smoke cigarettes (10 times or more) all day while employees are up front being swamped with customers and the phones ringing off the hook. Allows other employees to be lazy and not pull the weight without consequences. Management has headphones in on the floor so they don’t know when patients are coming in. Worst place to work 100/10 would not recommend!!!!
