      Pros

      You get work directly with an optometrist and work in a Medical facility where you get exposed to insurance collection, chart creation and work with medical grade equipment

      Cons

      No real way to get raises other than being a sales associate. You are locked into a 9-5 so it is difficult to work with college students.

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
