      Pros

      You can work as you want, see what you see, and refer what you aren't comfortable with. Corporate was pretty hands off with how I wanted to do optometry, never asked me to push any tests.

      Cons

      Seeing 5 patients an hour was insane, especially on a full booked Saturday!

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
