Low pay (just above Minimum wage. They only hire part time. You only get 30 hours a week if you're lucky. I wouldn't recommend the company to anybody looking. for an optical job. The training is good but you are micro managed. You are more of a telemarketer because once the patients come there They don't want to return because of the extra costs and you have to recall patients. 90% of the time you get voice mail. the other 10% of the time the patients either say no thanks or curse you. Fun times. The company also doesn't believe in paying for experience.
