Pros
Great learning opportunity to get you into the eye wear industry. They spent a lot of time and effort in their training program. They give good personal eye wear incentives.
Cons
Near minimum wage pay rate. The Company's advertising makes it very difficult to meet their sales goals and you can easily get fired for such reasons if management dislikes you. Management is a bunch of odd people which translates into their management styles. Forget about ever having a Saturday off even for vacation.
