Pros
Great Coworkers who are reliable and work together for the success of the location. Easy place to get hired in order to gain direct patient care experience
Cons
This is very clearly a company who has gone above and beyond to cut corners to keep as much money at the top of the company and leaves lower level employees to fend for themselves. There are not enough employees in the store, with no money to hire extra help, everyone is overworked and severely underpaid. They pay you well under the national average, despite your experience and there is no increase in pay for having a four-year degree, cross-training positions, or for moving to full time. The doctors are also over-worked. The scheduling set by the company does not leave enough time for patients to be seem by both, myself (the technician) and the doctor, and creates a bottle-necking of patients waiting to be seen.
