      Shoddy HR, Low end pay rates for industry, No room for Growth outside of store level. Pizza party and competitions amongst stores are the only "incentives" offered for a million dollar company.

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
