      Pros

      I'd say work there if you need a job in the field. That's about it. I didn't get a much of a chance to have a positive experience with this job.

      Cons

      Condescending management. Underpaid with little to no benefits. Secretive & preferential work environment in which information was not openly & honestly shared for the betterment of the team.

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
