      Run you around on promotions Complaints aren't fixed by managers, no matter how high up they are in the company My annual review was great, but my raise was only a quarter!

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
