Benefits package is good and ditching the blue coats was a good idea
Cons
The company is updating inventory, prices, the logo, the name (“eye care and eyewear”), and interiors of stores, to appeal to a higher end market, but the raises are still only 2% once a year. What’s worse is that new employees get hired on at higher hourly rates than employees who have been with the company for longer and hold higher responsibilities.
