      Pros

      The coworkers were all super nice and friendly and we often had lots of downtime when there wasn't any appointments. It felt like a mix between working retail and a more traditional office job.

      Cons

      The doctors you work with can be hit or miss, and the management did not properly train or offer any guidance about the position and was super quick to throw you under the bus to customers.

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
