Working here was one of the most frustrating professional experiences of my life. The place is falling apart from the top down. Senior management keeps walking out the door, clients are worse than ever, bonuses are shrinking, and healthcare costs are going up. On top of that, there’s no real training or clear policies, so you’re left guessing and then blamed when things go wrong. The so-called bonus structure is nothing more than a carrot they dangle with no intention of letting you reach it. The environment itself is toxic, favoritism runs rampant, cliques dominate, and bullying is brushed off like it doesn’t exist. My manager was the worst of it: arrogant, incompetent, and impossible to respect.
