      Pros

      The company is a chef driven company which allows for creativity, scratch cooking and focuses on the food being the selling point. It is a large yet privately owned company which allows for flexibility , advancement within and a large team network. I was with the company for 7 years and left for 4 years. When I returned 2 years ago, I saw so many familiar faces and was welcomed back as though I never left. The company is a great fit for me, a feeling of family and continues to grow.

      The company is growing at fast rate and has a hard time finding good solid employees.

      There no pros in this job space there unfair especially toward people of color

      They don’t fire people that are in there racial categories or who had been there for a long time but they all employes to call black people ni**as and get away with it. I went to go speak to the person I was catering to and I told her I was coming back and ask her did not I not say that and and a man when down stairs to go yell at the other staff that why I asked her the question they felt away. I guess embarrassed and they had my boos tell me no to comeback i am 18 tryin to survive on my own and I just lost my only job.
