Okay job - Cook American Dining Creations Employee Review

Great co-workers and support staff.

Very little direction given. No communication.

There no pros in this job space there unfair especially toward people of color

They don’t fire people that are in there racial categories or who had been there for a long time but they all employes to call black people ni**as and get away with it. I went to go speak to the person I was catering to and I told her I was coming back and ask her did not I not say that and and a man when down stairs to go yell at the other staff that why I asked her the question they felt away. I guess embarrassed and they had my boos tell me no to comeback i am 18 tryin to survive on my own and I just lost my only job.
