Tactical, VP's stint too short, very year-on-year approach, incompetent senior mid management, Traditional thinking, risk averse which in turn effects business, Conservative (most aspects) , poor collaboration skills within teams, prefer tenure over talent which effects pay and productivity, double standards in expectations, Favouritism, slow on innovation, do-less-pronounce more-look busy and we will promote you.
