Pros
The comapny genuinely cares about its employees and will do everything it can to make it a better place to work. The system will well protect you and you will also have a chance to speak out. Work hours are good and most people share great respect of colleagues. One wouldn't be surprised to see colleagues who have worked in the Company for many years.
Cons
There is an incredible amount of bureaucracy in the entire company and there are levels and levels of approval to go through for each tiny little decision. Innovation is usually sacrificed and it can easily get boring and run of the mill after a few attempts. The internal mechansim has created so much unnecessary work and waste which is frustrating to some departments and users.
