Pros
- Decent pay - Lots of paid time off opportunity (PTO, sick days, summer flex days, 5+) - Several different departments with endless technologies - the people - easy interview experience
Cons
- if you join NeMo, especially as a new grad..GOOD LUCK..it's not a place for new grads and it'll make you regret your choice in choosing Amex. It's long hours, little mentorship, and lack of appreciation. - You have to stay in the same team for 1.5 years before switching internally without director approval and if you get a director that isn't enthusiastic about letting you leave...you literally just have to wait it out.
