Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay. They provide you with your equipment to work from home. Nice, large monitors and keyboards.
Cons
Management are either amazing or horrible. My first 3 managers and my last manager were all very respectful and had an excellent attitude however, one manager no matter how rude he was was not held accountable so the agents didn't feel it was their right to stand up for themselves and ended up going to HR. Great agents can be lost to bad management. Luckily I was not one of them.
