Not many. Can work from home, salt lake location is just off freeway. People are really hard working and dedicated to doing their jobs well.

Where do I start! They care more about outsourcing to India than keeping there American workforce and working with India it difficult at best mostly due to their hours and They contract the India workforce so the people come and go on a project so you get sub-par quality. Most people are on pins and needles about when/if their jobs are going to be outsourced. In the short time i there have been there, there have been 3 rounds of "reorganizations" and now the layoff They use excel a lot and need to update their programs! When they build in-house applications they seem to only meet half the needs of their customers. Their IT acts as if it is a different company from the rest of the group and is extremely difficult to work with. Your merits are based on a curve! There will always be a winner and a looser! all the managers meet at the end of the year to determine how well you did, this will determine your raise. depending how forthcoming your manager is you may fall below or above the curve, in other words your manager has little say in your raise.
