Pros
Great place to work and build a career. Focus on work life balance is authentic. Great brand that opens lots of doors.
Cons
Historically the contribution from international markets has been very low and emerging markets not relevant. This has resulted in minimal attention from senior management thus propagating mediocrity in these markets. Leadership in these markets get paid alot for so called hardship postings resulting in huge inequity among peer set but the real tragedy is that these people are transient and never deliver on expectations.
