Pros

Pay, Remote, Training, Pto and Sick time, nothing else

Cons

Requirements, Micro management( imagine being micro managed from home), micro aggression, unprofessional work environment, hours are terrible, no work life balance, the consider you a no call no show on certa PTO in holidays even if you have PTO or Sick time available and even if they heard from you and actually spoke to you (so explain to me how you are a no call no show when they spoke to you), back to back calls not even a second to take a sip of water. The pay is good but don't get blinded by that, there are a lot of great companies you can work for that pay just as good without the stress and headache. TRUST ME

Pros

They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

Cons

The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...
