      Salary package offered is comparetively better than what any of the similar company's offer, its a brand that carries effect and an impression of being the best in its field. Not only an impression but its the truth as well.... Would also like to say here, Was definetely proud of the director of our process. He well deserved to be called the director of american express india operations. cheers to you SIR just incase anytime you get to read this review.

      Cons

      Being the best in the industries the technology used is comparetively old. The communication channels are not proper. The middle management is not up to the mark as it should be. People are treated as workers and not employees.

      Pros

      They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

      Cons

      The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...
