Cons
Toxic, Toxic, Toxic work environment. Directors and above always talk about the culture and hire people based on fit. This mean NOTHING when those people are passive aggressive, self-promoting leaders. This has created an endless cycle of corporate culture with the same toxic people. Too many "sorority" cliques where if you're not political aligned, you won't get promoted.
