Pros

The team I worked with were my favorite people. Management was always very supportive in the best ways. The company is willing to hire from outside of the industry and pour training into you until you're ready. They invest heavily from the beginning and give you every tool needed to be successful. I know in most of corporate, everyone's mission statement sounds like a load of bull, but here at AF I really think everyone all the way up through the VP of sales really wanted to be helpful to customers and employees. I'd work here again anytime. PTO was basically unlimited and it was expected you take it (especially during the downtime).

Cons

The role itself is difficult if you enjoy being home. There is a tremendous amount of travel which does have its perks like racking up travel points and seeing the country for free if you like that...however if you have a family that needs you home, you will find this specific role difficult. Luckily management tries their best to work with you, and PTO during busy season is still accepted, but you will make less commission if you take off during the busy season so be prepared for that.

Pros

Pretty good company. Well known especially in OKC. Can make money and promote quickly if you have a good state and territory. Base salary and company car provided. Travel company paid for

Cons

Not every state has the same opportunities. Frequent travel. Must pass licensing exams 3-4 in within 2 years. Job secruity contingent on passing licensing exams and meeting quota. Percentage of earnings from sales is low. Chargebacks if products not kept active for 13 months.
