Great pay and benefits. Good amount of paid time off. Work from home capabilities.
Cons
Gossip. Favoritism. Drama. Micromanaging. Is it really necessary to IM me about being in the bathroom too long? I want to come to work and feel like an adult. Also, I should not have to come to work and worry about what my manager is saying behind my back. The quality of my work should exceed the quantity. I felt like all they saw was numbers. I did not feel valued and felt like I was just another person in a seat. I understand the meaning of customer service and understood what it meant to be customer-focused but what about the importance and value of the employee them self? Lastly, I did not feel close to my teammates. We were all secretly working against each other to get ahead of someone else. It shouldn't have to be made into a competition of "who could get the 6:45 am shift first", etc.
