The most toxic game of high school favoritism I’ve ever seen in a corporate environment. Leaders are laughable, back stabbing, self-involved people who’s role in life is to overwork and under pay you while expecting 100 nights or more of travel and micromanaging your every move. Sales reps are sorely underpaid, it’s pathetic. I’m shocked people take the role anymore. If we were able to document turnover, it’d likely be so high the company would be too embarrassed to admit findings. Culture is the worst I’ve ever experienced, unfortunately managers are blissfully unaware as they’ve created a cult mentality among the “lifers.” This is especially true in Illinois and the management staff there. STAY AWAY FROM AMERICAN FIDELITY. Save yourself from sheer hell.
