Great company with strong employee values - Administrator American Foods Employee Review

AFG puts a lot of emphasis on employee relations compared to most other companies in the industry. Out of all the companies that have given the phrase "we treat our employees like family", no company has come even close to proving this to me other than American Foods Group. They truly do care about each employee and do what they can to make their time with the company rewarding. This is the first company I've worked for that I can say I'm proud to be here and happy to stay. One of the best things about the company is how engaged management with every aspect of the company, no matter what your job is.
