Pros
Great company, with good people. This company just won the Top 50 Best Workplaces in Atlanta for a reason, the employees that are employed love where they work. Management cannot make everyone happy, that goes with most companies. The reviews listed are mainly from disgruntled, unhappy former employees who either did not take the time to learn their roles or were not willing to understand what it takes to be part of a great company.
Cons
At time long hours are required and short staff in some cases due to running lean in some of the locations. Middle management uses upper management as the excuse for why they make the decisions they personally make and not take their own ownership of being a manager.
