Pros
Started as a Patient Care Coordinator and was a Facility Administrator prior to my departure across a few different locations. I was even able to be a part of their training team, so, I can certainly say there is room to grow! I was extremely appreciative at the opportunity to transfer when I first moved from Florida to Atlanta and sad that they don't have a location in my new home state! They have a great bonus program, like most companies, you will need to put the work in and they will reward you. Can agree that there may be long hours at times due to staffing but many of the managers I've previously worked with have always been extremely flexible and understanding. They also have great company parties! :)
Cons
Like any company heading in the right direction, there will be business decisions that need to be made in order to keep up with the market. Some people may not like this, which shows in their attitudes/work efforts (not necessarily a con but having to work with others who aren't open to changes makes it difficult, but which business doesn't have people who are open to change). TRAINING! They were working on building their new hire training when I left, which will help all across the board in so many ways.
