long hours with minimal pay it would be just as easy to go to work at a fast food restaurant and make the same pay but without all the stress of patients yelling at you or sometimes even cussing you. No much room for advancement the front has to do all the work and they get paid the least of anyone, there is alot of turnover because they do not pay enough and expect you to work twice as hard you could go to work at Whataburger and be just as happy.
