Low pay!!!!!!!! -was told many untruthful things(work hours, pay, lied to multiple times by regional manager). -Working through lunch daily, never get a break, too worried about making a bouns, so they pile the patient load on to the extreme, and still sometimes don't hit your bonuses which could be $100 or $400 ? Not worth the work overload- pay more hourly and get rid of the bonus structure. -"Bonus " is part of your potential "pay", which isn't told upfront (don't let that average pay fool you) - unable to save PTO TIME, If you don't use all your PTO time by the end of the year you lose it. -no PRN help. Other techs have to travel to other centers to cover if someone is out , ridiculous! - unorganized
