Pros
I've made some great and lasting friendships while at AHS. There have been many talented people who are the best at what they do. Biggest company in the home warranty business. The new CEO seems to understand the problems we face and hopefully he can fix them.
Cons
The company has been undergoing a transition that has been very difficult with many departments. Service issues with customers can be very difficult. This is because of third party vendors that have figured out ways to make extra money with noncovered items. Sure, warranties have limits on coverge, but the vendors seem to add on more than they should. Not all the vendors do this but it is enough to make the customer very mad. Many of the talented people have been leaving which is sad. I would not recommend a friend work here now.
