Cons
-Raises suck (3-5% in Austin? COL is out of control here and I'm SURE that any new hire would get paid more than I do after being here 5+. that is -No bonuses. I asked my manager (Director) if there is a bonus structure for executives seperate from our only bonus program ("profit sharing ") , the answer was No. I don't believe it. -There was a drought of promotions across the company. then in a single email 4 directors got promoted to Sr Director. This is comical and demoralizing. So wack. -Raises are 3-5% in a great year. -Working all kinds of weekends and nights . no thank you's or "thanks". -Your manager will make or break your quality of life. Had ok one (that went wildly sour at the end) to a pretty good one now. -Shared salaries with co-workers and I'm getting ~20% less.
