Avoid if possible - Recruiting Manager American Medical Staffing Employee Review

Very toxic work environment created by leadership - President down to VP level - They bring on people they previously worked with even if those people do not bring positivity to company - Then they promote those people based on personal feelings Consistently making changes to their processes without explanation - following the lead of someone who is not up to date with recruiting/sourcing process They make workers within 50 miles of office come into office 3x/week after hiring them as remote workers Quality management leaves this organization because they realize that they have zero say in most things that happen - Even when giving critical feedback to make things better Will always be CHASING your money - Bonuses are continually late and are very rarely paid on time and/or paid out correctly - Most horrible bonus structure I have ever experienced. 2.5% without a chance to get raises and/or a higher GP percent Company is tone deaf to what their employees need and/or ask for - employees are leaving and looking for new positions frequently!!!
