-Set hours or will get overtime pay during busy season -Company outings to parks -Great office which includes cafeteria, gym, and classes -Family oriented,friendly environment

Cons

-Cincinnati isn't the most exciting city -Culture is family oriented so at times it is quite conservative or reserved -A lot of people are brought in or related to one another

-Pay me what I view my work is worth, including confirming my faith of putting in more work in hopes of being rewarded with better pay/promotions for the future. -Flexible and understanding for work/life balance. -Autonomy to do the work as I see fit. They trust in my work results.

-Some days can be meeting heavy to feel like you weren't able to get your own personal work done.
