Pros

Excellent benefit and time off. The campus is always clean and well maintained. The CEO, Manny Rios is very approachable and genuinely cares about his employees.

Cons

Management and supervisors look down upon their pupils and do not really listen to what they have to say. Trying to post out for different job opportunities is almost impossible because supervisors and managers rarely have to approve these and rarely do.

-Pay me what I view my work is worth, including confirming my faith of putting in more work in hopes of being rewarded with better pay/promotions for the future. -Flexible and understanding for work/life balance. -Autonomy to do the work as I see fit. They trust in my work results.

Cons

-Some days can be meeting heavy to feel like you weren't able to get your own personal work done.
