Pros
Many people, including some managers, were really nice and professional Many processes were well established and effective IT infrastructure outdated but actually above average in the industry Cultural used to be pretty good
Cons
Both the Germany and the New Jersey parent companies meddled very hard Some executives were clueless. They destroyed the old but good because of personal preferences but didn't know how to build new and effective There are free-riders there aiming to build up personal capital, and there were executives whose sole interest was politics. Pathetic
