      Tim Walsh does a great job in leading the company culture in regards to collaboration, assuming positive intent, and exemplifying the importance of family.

      Cons

      Ownership structure of the company produces a lot of anxiety around layoffs, restructuring, and other "too big for me to worry about" sources of stress.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
