Horrible people to work for. - Administrative Assistant American National Insurance Employee Review

Too many to list. Don't really appreciate you. Managers suck. They lie and back stab. Raises are horrible. They tell you how great you are but never promote. Cannot trust anyone. Morale is horrible. They do not go out of their way to benefit the employee. I worked there for 7 years and was absolutely miserable and hated it the entire time. I just had to wait to get a good job elsewhere and I did. You are overworked and there is no breaks. It is an adult version of high school and the nerdy people in school couldn't cut it so they went to ANPAC.
