Inconsistent Work Policy - Lead Programmer Analyst American National Insurance Employee Review

Inconsistent remote policy. Claim they want people in office but still hire remote and let others stay remote. Never any good reason given as to why others can't be given remote full time. Too much micro management in checking whether or not you're in the office. For those of us who have proven ourselves to get our work done, it feels like a punishment and lack of appreciation. Have caught 3 different bugs from office setting since RTO, COVID being on of them. Definitely not doing their part to filter the air.
