Flexible hours and friendly coworkers.
Cons
Unethical company and business practices. Company refuses to be part of the 21st century. Everything is very old and out dated and makes doing your job impossible. Several payroll problems and some pay periods employees were shorted more than half of their check. The payroll problems were never resolved and employees simply did not get paid for time worked. TERRIBLE benefits and raises are only 1%. Start pay is decent.
