      Pros

      The vacation time is good after ten years. The company has wonderful people. They are passionate about helping agents and insureds. Parking is safe.

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. Managers lead with intimidation. The company culture is disorganized. HR rarely intervenes with bullying. Staff know not to trust HR. There is little promotion or job growth. Assignments are very large and agents tend to work around checks and balances making the worker helpless with goals.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
