      Great training, enjoyable coworkers, good vacation time. Claims managers are typically awesome minus a few.

      Cons

      Crappy benefits, workload is beyond manageable, upper management just says "deal with it". Low pay compared to market.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
