Pros
They have great products and very competitive rates. Training and support from MLGA/Manager are very helpful. You can tell that the company wants their agents to be successful.
Cons
The technology (quoting and agency management systems) isn't great, but once you get the hang of it, it works fine. Compensation plans are a little confusing, but overall pretty generous.
