      It's an insurance company, so if course there's insurance provided by the company.

      Cons

      Management seemed to stare at my disabled arm any time I interacted with them. This felt very prejudice and made it hard to feel comfortable being with senior staff.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
