      30 + PTO Days after 5 years.

      Cons

      Pay does not equal industry standard. New Management does not understand insurance industry. Company currently has no solid direction. People are getting laid off weekly.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
